Our carbon dioxide technology has obtained 9 patents and listed as national key technology creation project twice.

 

 Core devices have been listed as sentinel products by China Petroleum and Chemical Design Institution. The technology

 has obtained provincial identification.

   

 

We have rich experience on designing, manufacturing and installation of carbon dioxide plant, which is widely implemented

 

 at the areas of coal chemical, petrochemical, thermoelectric, alcohol, cement, hydrogen peroxide, oil and gas fields. And 

 

also our plants are exported to some countries like Vietnam and India. The scale for one plant has reached 300kt/a. 

At the same time, mini-carbon dioxide plant can make use of carbonaceous materials to make 50—500kg/h carbon dioxide.

 

 

 Technology features:

   1.   The products are designed according to ISBT standard and GB10621－2006 standard.

   2.  Advanced process and diversified purification methods.

1 For CO2 gas source with different impurities, make different production processes.

2 Use new type condensing device to save energy greatly.

 

3Ice machine system will be configured for the transformation to improve efficiency, saving energy and protect environment.

 

4Dealkylated hydrocarbon purification technology is the most effective method of hydrocarbon CO2 gases. It is 

mainly about using catalyst oxidation. The process is environmental without any waste water, waste gas or waste materials.

 

5Compound purification tower, without external power, automatically reflux. There is no consumption during liquid

 CO2 distillation process. The carbon dioxide content of venting gas is little with a high product recovery rate.

     3. Advanced testing method with good quality of the product

 

    Beside normal testing methods, there will be online analysis of total sulfur, total hydrocarbon and oxygen content to ensure

 the quality of products.

4. High automatic level, DCS or PLC control.

    5. All the devices are in short production period with a low investment cost.
